What's on TCM in December

Once again, I'm posting this a week earlier as I have a holiday themed post for next week and some Christmas themed posts for December.

Highlights For December:

  • Frank Sinatra is Star of the Month airing Wednesdays throughout the month. 
  • Tina Fey is this month's Guest Programmer, airing December 22nd. The four films she picked are: Desk Set (1957), My Favorite Wife (1940), The Goodbye Girl (1977) and That's Entertainment! (1974)
  • Treasures From The Disney Vault airs December 17th with 5 films and 4 shorts.
  • TCM Spotlight is Girlfriends with 16 films airing Mondays throughout the month. 
  • Christmas Classics with 21 films airs December 4th, 11th, 18th and 24th.
  • In Memoriam airs December 29th with 5 films paying tribute to Louis Jourdan in Gigi (1958), Lizabeth Scott in Too Late for Tears (1949), Theodore Bikel in The Defiant Ones (1958), Coleen Gray in Kansas City Confidential (1952) and Anita Ekberg in Back from Eternity (1956).
  • New Years Eve The Thin Man Marathon begins December 31st with six films.
