Mental Health is Important As Physical Health
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, this is a senstitive topic but one that should be discussed. Hollywood has made a plethora of shows and movies about mental health, some are good, some are terrible. Here's a few movies to check out.
*Also if you are struggling there are sources to help you. If you are in the U.S. text HOME to 741-741 and the suicide hotline is 1-800-273-8255. If you are looking for a therapist I'd suggest Psychology Today.com, as there is a search engine to find either a face to face or virtural therapist.
