Mental Health is Important As Physical Health

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, this is a senstitive topic but one that should be discussed. Hollywood has made a plethora of shows and movies about mental health, some are good, some are terrible. Here's a few movies to check out.  *Also if you are struggling there are sources to help you.
