Sorry if this title is weird, I was having a hard time coming up with something clever and in the end this was all I could come up with. Anyways I thought I'd make a post on my favorite brunette actresses and because this is not only a movie blog I also have TV stars on here.



Natalie Wood
Born: July 20, 1938 - Died November 29, 1981
Known For: One of the few child stars to fully transition to adult actress and sadly her untimely death. 
Notable Films: Miracle on 34th Street (1947), Rebel Without A Cause (1955), Splendour in the Grass (1961)



Mary Tyler Moore
Born: December 29, 1936 - Died: January 25, 2017
Known For: Breaking barriers in the comedy world for women and being an advocate for animals and diabetes. 
Notable Roles on TV and Film: The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961-1966), The Mary Tyler Moore Show (1970-1977), Ordinary People (1980)



Judy Garland
Born: June 13, 1922 - Died June 22, 1969
Known For: Her voice and unfortunately her drug addiction.
Notable Films: The Wizard of OZ (1939), Meet Me in St. Louis (1944), A Star is Born (1954)



Elizabeth Taylor
Born: February 27, 1932 - Died: March 23, 2011
Known For: Her 'violet' eyes and being an AIDS advocate.
Notable Films: National Velvet (1944), A Place in the Sun (1951), Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966)



Audrey Hepburn
Born: May 4, 1929 - Died January 20, 1993
Known For: Her classic, timeless style and for being a UNICEF ambassador.
Notable Films: Sabrina (1954), The Nun's Story (1959), The Children's Hour (1962)



Vivien Leigh
Born: November 5, 1913 - Died July 7, 1967
Known For: Playing Southern Belles despite the fact she was British and her love affair with Laurence Olivier.
Notable Films: Gone With the Wind (1939), Waterloo Bridge (1940), A Streetcar Named Desire (1951)



Gilda Radner
Born: June 28, 1946 - Died May 20, 1989
Known For: Being one of the original Not Ready For Primetime Players on Saturday Night Live and her brave battle with ovarian cancer.
Notable TV and Film Roles: Saturday Night Live (1975-1980), Gilda Live (1980), The Woman in Red (1984)
